This name will be used to identify the printer icon for this printer (or All-in-One device) in the Printers folder of your system. You can use the suggested name or change it to another name that you prefer.

The two fields (Location and Comment) are optional and are used by Windows clients to search for printers. Both fields are displayed on the summary screen and the test page.
Printer sharing allows other network users to print to this printer through this computer. The server service must be enabled on the system for printer sharing.
This feature lets you share the printer (or All-in-One device) so that other users can access the printer via your PC.
You must select one of the following options:
You may specify new TCP/IP settings (IPv4) for this printer. You should consult with your Network Administrator before changing any settings.
Note: The installation utility will detect the settings on the printer and will use existing TCP/IP settings if valid (both IPv4 and IPv6), but you can modify the IPv4 settings if desired (this utility can only be used to manually configure IPv4 settings). Parameter values that you assign are not configured on the printer until you have finished the installation.
If the printer does not have valid TCP/IP settings:
Enter a valid IP address (IPv4) for the printer, a valid subnet mask, and a valid IP address for the gateway into the fields provided. You should consult with your Network Administrator before assigning values.
CAUTION: If the printer will be connected to other networks, TCP/IP settings suggested by the utility are not globally administered and may conflict with other devices in the future. Use caution when connecting to other TCP/IP networks.
